Synopsis

This enhancement adds the bly:Mobile Sales module to Sage 100. This module is designed to be accessed remotely through a bly:Mobile website and provide users with the ability to access:

Accounts Receivable
• Customer Maintenance
• Customer Inquiry
• Invoice History Inquiry
Sales Order
• Sales Order Entry
Shipping
• Shipping History Inquiry
Inquiries
• Customer Inquiry
• Invoice History Inquiry
Inventory Inquiry
• Sales Order Inquiry
• Sales Order/Quote History Inquiry
• RMA Inquiry
Reports
• Open Sales Order Report

Installation, Setup & Usage

Installation Requirements:

Prior to running this application, you will need to have a supported version of Sage 100 and bly:Mobile installed.

Reinstalling or Installing an Update:

To reinstall or install an update run setup.exe from the provided install package and then follow the on screen instructions.

Data Setup:

1. Go to Modules > Library Master > Setup bly:Mobile Self Service User Maintenance > User Information Tab
2. Select the User Logon to be used for bly:Mobile Self Service
3. Select the Self Service role and fill in the user information

4. Go to the Detail Assignment Tab.
5. Select a customer which this User Logon will access remotely then press the green checkbox button to add the customer to the list of accessible customers. Repeat as necessary.

6. Press Accept to save and close the window.
7. Go to Library Master > Main > Role Maintenance > Tasks Tab and select the Self Service Role
8. Check the tasks within the bly:Mobile Self Service parent task that you will grant Self Service users access to.

9. Check the Security Events tab and select bly:Mobile Self Service security tasks that you will grant Self Services users.
10. Press Accept to save and close the window.


Using This Enhancement

1. Log on to your bly:Mobile website with a user which has been granted the bly:Mobile Self Service role.

2. Sign on to your bly:Mobile website with a user which has been granted the bly:Mobile Self Service role
3. The user will have access to the bly:Mobile Self Service tasks assigned to them during the data setup process.
